In this episode I have the privilege of chatting with magician, Lauren Cohen. It's a privilege because, A) She's a wonderful human being, and B) She's a lady magician, and you don't come across those very often. During our chat, we discuss why that is. Also, we talk about the fact that Lauren does close-up magic, which is even more of a rarity for women. Lauren shares how she goes about learning her tricks. She talks about reading her audience and dealing with hecklers. And, she shares her experience being a woman magician in what is predominantly a man's field. Some of her stories may surprise you!

It's the Her Process Micro Pod, Episode 19.5! Think of it as a 15 minute P.S. to Episode 19 with singer/songwriter, and busker, Katie Ferrara. I ask Katie twelve questions that can be asked of any artist in any discipline. It's fun to see how my guests' answers differ, and how they don't!
If you haven't heard Katie's Episode 19 yet, you can pop on over to herprocess.com for links to listen. You'll also see photos of Katie and fun facts you won't hear on the podcast. Just a tip...listen to Episode 19 all the way through to the end and you'll hear Katie perform her song, Jackets, live from my living room! And, I have to tell you, the sound on the recording is pretty great!
